Terms of Service

Last updated: January 12, 2026. These terms govern your enrollment and participation in all Radiantwood Clayworks programs and use of our website.

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

Enrollment is open to adults and supervised minors aged 12 and above. You must provide accurate personal information at the time of registration. Each participant agrees to follow all studio guidelines and instructor directions during every session.

  • One registration per person per class cycle
  • Space is limited; positions are secured only after payment receipt
  • Participants must maintain a steady, respectful presence in shared studio environments

2. Payments & Pricing

All class fees are listed in USD and payable in full at enrollment via the methods shown on the checkout page. Prices may be updated seasonally but will never affect active registrations.

  1. Payment is processed securely through our third-party provider
  2. Group discounts apply automatically when three or more participants register together
  3. Gift certificates are non-transferable and expire 24 months after purchase

3. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your spot up to 14 days before the first scheduled class for a full refund minus a $45 administrative fee. Cancellations made within 14 days are eligible for a 50% credit toward a future session. No refunds are issued after the first class begins.

4. Conduct & Studio Guidelines

We cultivate a quiet, focused environment that encourages mindful work. All participants are expected to arrive on time, keep personal devices silent, and treat shared tools and clay with care. Radiantwood Clayworks reserves the right to ask any individual to leave a session if behavior disrupts others.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, techniques, and instructional materials created or presented by Radiantwood Clayworks remain our intellectual property. Participants retain ownership of the physical objects they sculpt during class but may not photograph or record classes without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

While we strive to maintain a safe studio, participation involves the use of tools and materials that carry inherent risks. Radiantwood Clayworks, its instructors, and staff are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages occurring during or after a class beyond what is covered by our standard liability insurance. By enrolling you acknowledge these terms and agree to release us from additional claims.
